Apologetics

If you’re not familiar with the word apologetics, you might think it means apologizing for our faith. Quite the opposite! Christian apologetics is about defending and explaining Christianity through rational arguments, evidence, and thoughtful engagement with the questions people are asking.

In this series, Rich Byers and Lewis Hirschy will explore what apologetics is, why it matters, and how it relates to faith and conversion. We’ll consider the reasons and evidence that support the Christian faith while recognizing that knowledge of apologetics is not required to become a Christian.

Apologetics doesn’t replace faith, but it can help us better understand what we believe, engage honestly with difficult questions, and confidently explain the hope we have in Christ.

Come ask questions, explore the evidence, and grow deeper in your understanding of the Christian faith.
